Exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control, multi-channel television, and a fridge. The breakfast was NICE and all the personnel were excellent and amicable.

One thing I really loved about the hotel was the unique design of the hallways, with gaps in the walls that created a wonderful blend of indoor and outdoor spaces. the rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities provided, such as the yukata and high, quality bath products. the concierge was helpful, offering cleaning service, lending us pajamas, and even providing a spare mirror free of charge. the hotel also offered convenient luggage storage, and the check, in and check, out process was hassle, free. The staff are excellent and amiable, we truly enjoyed them. the location is comfortable, minutes from a fresh food market. It is adjacent to shopping and nightlife, as well as Dotombori and train stations. the room was good sized, equipped with climate control, multi-channel television, and a fridge.

We absolutely loved this place! The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the bustling entertainment and shopping district. We were able to explore and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the Dotonbori shopping district within minutes. Additionally, there was a nearby bus station which made getting around even more convenient.

Had a fantastic Thanksgiving vacation at a hotel in Japan. the complementary breakfast and free Wi-Fi were a pleasant surprise. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city on foot and discover new restaurants. the hotel's friendly staff added to the overall amazing experience.

The rooms were quite small, but that's pretty standard for hotels in Japan. the hotel's doors closed at midnight, which could be a problem for those who plan on staying out late.

We stayed in a comfortable room with a clean bathroom and good facilities. the hotel was conveniently located near several train stations and the bustling Dotonbori shopping district, with plenty of dining options.

There was no complementary water provided in the room, unlike other hotels we stayed in during our Japan trip.
